We loathe the concept of call centres and deliberately staff our member services team with high calibre individuals who we empower to deal with issues rather than just logging them for escalation to another team. Member Services is the core to our business and we deliberately recruit people capable of progressing within our team, which especially suits recent graduates who are looking for a career.
