CeMap / CF6 Qualified experienced complaints handlers wanted for a perm role based in Yorkshire.

You should be comfortable trawling through detailed documentation, have a good understanding of redress calculations and have previous experience of liaising directly with the FOS. Good understanding of MCOB regulations required. You will be well motivated with a history of creating complex and bespoke offer letters, a technical eye for detail and a track record of achieving productivity & quality targets. There could be some flexibility in regards to home based working once training is completed. The opportunity exists to contribute to the overall growth of the business and training others, potentially leading to a team leader / operations manager role. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter keen to use previous complaints experience to develop their own career in QA or management roles.
