A growing and profitable organisation based in North London require a National Accounts Manager/Operations Manager to start asap. This role involves maintaining and growing existing household named accounts and solidifying and building on these creating volume sales. Responsibilities to include, meeting buyers and discussing promotions, nominating products for line listings, working out margins and prices, entering product features and benefits onto supplier templates, updating stock levels, ring fencing stock for customers, analysing returns data with customer operations team. Other responsibilities include stock control, updating production data, analysing stockmovements and predicting stock shortage. Preparing orders for International suppliers within purchase budgets, dealing with National Accounts line listings, general communication and updating of web site stock. New product entry, creating marketing and sales offers to internet resellers, national accounts and shops. Analysing product pricing and profitability per product/offer and highlighting unprofitable lines. Monitoring the completion of permformance objectives on a weekly basis and reporting back to the General Manager on the progression and completion of each objective.
