Our company is a leading provider of physical security solutions in the UK, servicing both retail and corporate customers. With 15 years of experience and three specialist divisions there is now a requirement to focus on deeper relationship management for our existing business and the development of new business to capitalise on exciting product developments in the UK market. Job RoleTo achieve profitable growth through the effective management of new and existing accounts and the day to day management sales executives who man the help desk. Training will be provided on the products and services we are able to provide. Main Responsibilities Sales• Quick to develop your own portfolio of customers, through a combination of cold calling, marketing and capitalising on existing leads, you will spot the opportunity for a profitable partnership• Develop a true working partnership with existing accounts, introducing new products and adapting to their changing requirementsChannel Management• Ability to introduce new products to the UK market and develop and implement new sales channels for them• Develop a clear plan for market exploitationSales Management• Day to day management of sales executives on the helpdesk to ensure a continued improvement in conversion rates for retail sales and provision of excellent customer service to our account customers • Performance management of support staff• Ability to analyse team performance through management data Marketing: • Ability to develop key messages for both strategic and tactical marketing campaigns • Execute tactical marketing activities • Provide input and guidance for ongoing engagement activities
