Job Description

The role will be office based and your duties will involve contacting clients from a defined campaign, with a view to securing sales from new and existing clients. The market you will be working in is very niche and your client base will be laboratories, offering Lab Analysis Services. You duties will include assisting with tender returns and Pre Qualification Questionnaires as well as keeping your own sales activity reports to ensure quotations and repeat business opportunities are optimised. This is a target driven role and you would be expected to achieve and exceed these. Ideally you will be educated to A or AS level (preferably in at least one science and or mathematics). A strong proven track record in outbound sales calls, a determination to succeed, have ambition and be a self starter. Should you not have any sales experience but have transferable Laboratory skills ans would like to move into a sales role then this may also be considered.
