Our client is looking for an experienced Office Cashier. They offer excellent working conditions and an attractive salary. They maintain their position at the forefront of the industry for innovation and integrity Main duties of the role include: Receive cheques cash and credit card payments Posting cash received to the client ledgers Issuing payments To ensure all cash is posted on a daily basis Investigate any unallocated payments Ensuring information on the system is all correct in order for payments to be process accurately Process expenses Process all purchase orders Invoicing Imputing all payments on the system to ensure balances are correct Maintaining database Control of petty cash Reconcile cash box and book Ensuring a high level of security is maintained Dealing with reports to show credits in the office Dealing with necessary administration and filing You will also assist the office manager in any additional duties as required. Candidates must have experience in all of the above, pay high levels of attention to all transactions to prevent errors, be trustworthy and a good team player.
