Job Description

Manage any duties required by the MD and Operations Manager. To include paperwork management, letter/email correspondence.

To help to create and implement marketing/PR strategies and also be prepared to implement some unusual and different marketing/business ideas for the benefit of the business.

Credit control activity: to chase customers for payment of overdue invoices (by letter or telephone as appropriate) and in accordance with financial procedure

To help in the record of a monthly census and monthly invoicing.

To maintain the petty cash and record appropriately.

Manage the company emails and forward where appropriate.

To order marina and office supplies as needed.

The efficient management of the administration of the office: open and deal with incoming post, take outgoing mail to postbox, banking, update the marina information board and keep the office clean and tidy.

To answer the telephone and take messages when required.

Manage the direct debit system and ensuring all paperwork is set up correctly and on time.

Manage and up date company websites as appropriate.

To help to operate TRAFALGAR WHARF with due regard for Health and Safety and the environment together with all the relevant Government Legislation.

Advise management of any areas within your scope of responsibility that give you cause for concern.

To represent the Company’s interests and be an ambassador for Trafalgar Wharf Limited within the marine industry and its suppliers and all other related organisations or bodies.

Any other duties reasonably required by management.
