Job Description

Office Manager (Financial Services), Leeds City Centre – Salary £30k, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension Scheme & Private Health Care.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Leeds. The successful Office Manager will have excellent office management skills, ideally from the financial services industry and have a genuine drive to succeed.
As the Office Manager, you will be:
• Managing a team of 5 administration staff
• Provide operational leadership and direction
• Attend regular meetings to discuss team performance and efficiencies
• Assess current administration processes and implement improvements as required
• Identify training needs, assist with coaching and personal development plans
• Managing workflow
• Book and coordinate training
• Monitor day to day workload and set objectives for team
• Write correspondence adhering to company standards
• Update all Social Media platforms on a regular basis

The successful Office Manager will have:

• Proven office management experience
• Ability to Multi-task, delegate and performance manage
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to motivate and oversee colleagues to ensure their work is of a sufficiently high standard.
• Proven management and leadership skills, including organisation and time management.
• Proven experience in analysing and implementing new processes
• Questioning and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• General IT literacy skills
• Experience within financial service would be a distinct advantage
• Resilient and tenacious
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Must be well organised and hard working
• Team Player with an efficient and proactive approach
• Must be educated to a minimum of GCSE level including Maths & English at Grade C or above
