Practice Manager and Administrator role “Administrator” To provide administrative support services to 8 staff within a west london general accounting firm. TASKSThe administrator will undertake typical work tasks such as : • general word processing;• dealing with telephone and email enquiries;• creating and maintaining filing systems;• keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff;• using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents;• maintain presentations, spread sheets and databases; • devising and maintaining office systems; • booking rooms and meetings ; • using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases; • arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes; • invoicing; • chasing creditors for payments;• looking after budgets; • liaising with members of staff or external contacts; • ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies; • organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;• arranging travel and accommodation
