The practice provides general accounting and bookkeeping, auditing, tax and related services, as well as corporate finance services such as valuation and buying and selling of companies. Currently it has two offices locations near Hanger Lane, Ealing and Hampton, Middlesex.

Job Description

Practice Manager and Administrator role “Administrator”

To provide administrative support services to 8 staff within a west london general accounting firm.

TASKS

The administrator will undertake typical work tasks such as :

• general word processing;
• dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
• creating and maintaining filing systems;
• keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff;
• using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents;
• maintain presentations, spread sheets and databases;
• devising and maintaining office systems;
• booking rooms and meetings ;
• using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
• arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
• invoicing;
• chasing creditors for payments;
• looking after budgets;
• liaising with members of staff or external contacts;
• ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
• organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
• arranging travel and accommodation
