Operations Manager – Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager at the 4 star Hallmark Hotel Gloucester. The role involves taking responsibility of a busy food and beverage operation, housekeeping and supporting other non operational departments to exceed guest expectations and budgeted profit. You will be managing a team of Heads of Departments but also taking sole responsibility for the conference and banqueting operation. This is a hand on role covering all aspects of a busy and developing service operation.

We are looking for someone with a passion for food, beverage and exceptional customer service who is already experienced in a similar role and similar sized establishment. The ideal candidate will preferably be an experienced Operations Manager or perhaps an exceptional Head of Department with a solid background in hotels and must be highly motivated, flexible and a team player with outstanding communication, organisational skills, sound financial acumen and sales focused.
