The RoleOur PA/Administrators are responsible for running the entire business and working closely with the partners and providing support to the professional team. Responsibilities and Duties• Working as part of a team servicing our clients and assisting in the general smooth running of the office• Management of diaries and meetings• Organising and controlling office services • Database management• Payroll, company secretarial, bookkeeping and expenses• Other general administrative duties This role would be attractive to someone with experience of working in a professional firm or financial institution. Good IT skills are essential. Kingswood uses the latest technology, extensively using Microsoft Office and other relevant application software.
