Background The Sugnall Estate has several venues for events, described on the website, the flagship being the Indian Pavilion in the walled kitchen garden, and assistance is required in their promotion.Main ResponsibilitiesTo provide administrative support in handling wedding and other event enquiries. To research prospective event clients and promote Sugnall venues as agreed with the owners and with their PR consultant.To liaise with external catering companies and wedding planners to ensure that dates are available to provide brides and third parties with one point of contact.To liaise with event companies and other organisations for booking any of the various venues available across the estate for functions and events.To provide assistance on an ad-hoc basis for promoting the monthly farmers’ market (answering to Dr David Jacques).To work closely with the PR consultant whose responsibilities are broadly to raise the profile of Sugnall, promoting its venues to the event management sector and to manage Sugnall’s website.
