Isrighthere Ltd are a specialist provider of High Speed Internet Access, Video On Demand, Voice Over IP and IPTV solutions, to the residential, hospitality and serviced accommodation markets. We are seeking to recruit a part time customer service team member to start as soon as possible.

The role will include providing telephone and email support and advice to our clients and customers. This involves logging calls, fault-finding and diagnosis of service faults, providing resolutions and dealing with general customer service enquiries. You will work closely with 2nd line support and our customer service manager to ensure a high level of customer service and timely resolution of any customer issue.

Experience providing technical support or customer facing support would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Our support desk operates 24/7 and you will be joining a team providing assistance to our customers seven days a week. You will be employed on a shift basis covering day, evening, night, weekend and bank holiday hours, working 30 hours a week. Some overtime may be possible.
