My client has a reputable prestige automotive retailer that has an opportunity for an accomplished Part-time HR Support Officer to join the team with HR administration experience. Your role will be to support the senior HR team in providing an effective, timely and professional HR Administration service to employees, line managers and the senior management team for the Group. To maintain HR Administration processes to Company standards, complying with company policies and procedures, statutory and HMRC legislation at all times. To assist the Rewards & HR Administration Manager by carrying out required duties in a professional manner and to an acceptable standard of accuracy.Ideally you will have significant experience in managing database recruitment campaigns, disciplinary, absence and performance improvement systems. You will also have the ability to quickly build credibility and strong working relationships both internally and externally with senior management.
