Part time Executives
Basic £16000 + uncapped commission ( pro rata)

Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arose to join this market leading organization, with over 580 high street branches, 4 major call centres and with over 5000 employees and currently undergoing major expansion plans at present and now is a fantastic time to become and part of this organization.

The role
The role consists of building long and lasting business relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their wants and needs while at the same time having the ability to match a suitable product established from key listening.

Main duties and responsibilities
• To receive inbound calls from customers to established their wants and needs.
• Maximising sales revenue by having the ability to handle objections, adapt and overcome and have the confidence to push for the sale.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
• Have the ability to open and close deals.
• Maintain and manage long and lasting relationships with customers.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will have telesales experience would be an advantage, however a strong determination and a willingness to progress and learn is essential as full extensive training will be provided.
