An automotive PLC is currently recruiting Contact Centre agents for its new contact centre operation with the primary focus of delivering customer excellence. A FTSE listed company with a presence worldwide and is committed to this brand as a partner of excellence. As an agent you will be the focal point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles following up service reminders and booking in customers cars for service. You will be managing the flow of information between the customer and the Dealerships within the retail network, delivering excellent customer service at all times. This role requires an individual with proven experience within a customer service environment and an excellent telephone manner. You will be calling existing customers with regards to outbound calls and up-selling where it benefits the customer. Inbound calls involve booking the customers cars in for service and MOT's. The contact centre will be open 8-8pm and you will need to be flexible with regards to shift patterns within these hours and you will work Saturdays on a rota basis. We are looking for individuals that want to have a career and career progression can be facilitated. Customer service experience essential.
