The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in handling personal lines classes of business and some experience of High Net Worth products. Duties will include: Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, faxes and incoming post Document all conversations with customers and insurers in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures Provide new business quotations and advice for Personal Lines products to include Motor and Household Advise clients on all information pertinent to their insurance policies Place accepted quotations with the relevant insurer and complete all associated paperwork, computer processes and records Deal with cancellations and mid-term adjustments for Personal Line customers Completion of the renewal process for allocated clients Ensure all processes follow the company’s Practices and Procedures manual Identify referrals for our other areas of the business and Commercial departments.
