Working within a customer service role you will be required to source and order items for customers. This would be undertaken by taking a full specification, providing a quote and then following up in order to gain the business. You would also be responsible for advising internal staff and customers on the pricing of specific items. Overseeing the stock that has been ordered is also an important part of this role, as is assisting with deliveries to ensure stock is stored in the correct area within the warehouse and maintain stock levels. A monthly stock check would also be part of your role. This role would suit a recent graduate who is looking for a progressive career within an IT/Telecoms industry. You would be reporting to the Operations Director and your main responsibility would be Service and Delivery liaising with Clients, Sales Team, Suppliers and all Administration staff.
