Job Description

We need experienced and energetic Naval Architect or Marine Engineer to do independent engineering and project management. He should be able to carry out most of tasks specified below:
· preparing or reviewing specifications for conversions, repairs etc
· newbuilding plan approval
· possibly perform engineering (strength, stability, FEA)
· on-site supervision
· CAD draughting support

The candidate should also have interest and if possible experience in ships powering, machinery systems and optimisation of energy management. There is new legislation coming in force related to optimisation of fuel consumption and environmental issues (retrofitting of ballast water treatment, emissions reduction etc).

We provide relocation budget, salary range 35-52k depends on experience and skills.
