Phlexglobal are looking to recruit a passionate Project Leader for an exciting new eTMF project!

Project Leader – Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Resource Operations at Phlexglobal is expanding rapidly to meet our growing customer base. We have just been awarded an exciting TMF project from a global blue chip Pharma, and we need an experienced Project Leader to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be a leader who can set-up, inspire and develop a dedicated project team (office and field based) whilst managing the needs of our global client. The working environment will be fast paced and target driven so experience with process mapping, KPIs, budgets and line management is essential. The ideal candidate should be commercially aware, customer focussed and confident with paper and electronic TMFs!

Salary is negotiable, but will be dependent on experience.
