Job Description

A well established consultancy are searching for a Project Manager to work for 7 month's.

As Project Manager you will manage multiple projects within a Measured Building Surveying sector ensuring the projects are delivered to the specification, on time and within budget keeping the client up to date with project progress.

Due to the reputation of this consultancy you will be working on major prestigious projects across various sectors including heritage, leisure, commercial, industrial and residential.

The projects are mainly small scale with a quick turnaround so you need to have experience managing projects with tight deadlines and lower end budgets.

Applicants are welcomed from a Building Surveying, Architectural, Land Surveying or Measured Building Surveying background but you must have Project Management experience. It is desirable if you have an understanding of Building Information Modelling, but not essential.
