Experienced Project / Building Surveyor -
The Martin Ralph Group have a vacancy for an experienced building surveyor to undertake project work on commercial / Residential schemes.
We are particularly interested in appointing a surveyor who can undertake a project from inception to completion including:
* developing the brief with the client
* liaising with other professionals
* undertaking the design (using Auto-Cad) in conjunction with our in house architect
* obtaining statutory approvals
* producing schedules of work, specification and tender documentation
* obtaining competitive tenders
* producing tender analysis reports
* undertaking project management
* certifying valuations
* producing as built drawings.
