To source candidates within a specific arena mainly the creative marketplace, work on developing business with clients and marketing the desk appropriately working alongside the Account Manager. To generate pro-active sales by telephone and after a period of time face to face to establish new contacts and understand their recruitment requirements.To compile accurate job specifications that reflects client needs and requirements. To build and establish close working relationships with both the clients and candidates within the specified market, this is a must.To collate feedback from clients/employers on the Straco service.To update and maintain the data held in the database.To develop close working relationships and knowledge within the Straco team and support as necessary.These duties are not exhaustive or exclusive and the post holder is required to undertake other duties as determined by the needs of the company at that time.
