The RoleWe require an organised, energetic and dedicated Full Time Regional Estate Agent Valuer looking to thrive in a professional and progressive environment.We are seeking a high calibre and well-motivated Valuer who is very capable at winning new instructions in and is comfortable assessing property values across large and previously unknown areas. Any suitable candidate should be compatible with a younger and very dynamic environment and should be sales driven and money motivated.RequirementsThe role will involve the Valuer being tasked to visit properties in order to appraise their value, offer client advice and assess suitability to the Company, with a view to winning new instructions in. Appointments and initial Sales Valuation work will be provided by our Office-Based Property Sales Consultant Team, (centralised in Manchester City Centre) where this team will assist heavily in helping to win new business in alongside the Regional Estate Agency Valuer.Key Abilities• Current Estate Agency Experience • Property Valuation experience • Driven & Self Motivated• Ability to win new business• Deal Closer• Excellent presentation & communication Skills• Polished & Well Presented individualWe would consider candidates with experience as a lettings negotiator, lettings manager, sales negotiator, estate agent, senior sales negotiator, branch manager, marketing advisor, property valuer, surveyor, property consultant, property sales executive, business transfer agent, commercial estate agent, lister, property auction sales or any property related field, Sales background, Field Sales backgrounds
