Our client is looking for a Residential Lettings Negotiator. Successful candidate will be working from their head office in Brighton. They are looking for an energetic and organised Negotiator to work in their busy Lettings department. Our client’s office has grown year on year for the last three years both in terms of staff and portfolio. Responsibilities will include registering applicants, viewings, negotiating Tenancies and taking deposits, progress Tenancy files and producing paperwork.
