Job Description

We are looking for a Rails developer to join our team to work on projects large and
small both for our own products and our client base.
You'll be working full time in slightly sunny Cornwall, on the edge of beautiful
Bodmin Moor, as part of a team of people genuinely passionate and enthusiastic
about the web, technology and everything they do. We like to think that we don't
take on ordinary projects; we like to take on challenges and to find new and better
ways of doing things.
Your role will be to develop new functionality, as well as to provide input & suggest
improvements where you see fit, and to make sure the code works right through
from development to deployment, support and maintenance. Although a lot of
functionality is necessitated by client needs, there are often many different ways of
implementing, so we'd like you to be an active participant in the planning and design
stages too.
You need to be a problem solver, a logical thinker, and although we will provide all
the help and support we can, we need you to hit the ground running. This is a great
opportunity for any self-motivated developer. You'll be highly self-directed, and in
