A leading international software vendor is looking to hire a SaaS Operations Engineer to work with their European SaaS client. This role will be based in Berkshire.

The SaaS Operations Engineer will be working in a fast-paced development environment with global customers, supporting the Cloud Infrastructure (SaaS) to the highest standards of professionalism. The role will involve performing proactive daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, reviewing system/application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, clones and migrations. The SaaS Operations Engineer will be maintaining the operational and other standard procedures along with collaborating with the appropriate teams to improve the general quality of the Cloud service. Other responsibilities will include participating in on-call rotation supporting 24x7 coverage of the Company’s service offering and working with Technical support or directly with Customers, understanding and troubleshooting their leading-edge, highly-virtualised SaaS delivery infrastructure.
