As a Sales Administration Manager, you will be required to co-ordinate the activities of Account Managers so that they are able to generate new business for our company. We are looking for outgoing, driven individuals with a willingness to learn. Previous Financial Services experience is not necessary as all initial and ongoing training will be providedThe role of the Sales Administration Manager is to provide administrative support to a small team of Telephone Account Managers in a defined geographic region.The role will enable Account Managers to focus primarily on engaging with IFAs so that new business is maximized.• Creating and updating IFA data on the internal customer database• Capturing responses to various marketing initiatives so that IFA interest is acted upon• Responding to IFA enquiries on new products, website material and case progression• Compiling business reports on sales activity and marketing campaigns• Frequent communication with Account Managers, Marketing and Managers as required
