Sales Promotions Associate:

The candidates that our client is seeking will not only have an entrepreneurial spirit, but will also be motivated by opportunity, have a great work ethic, great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire for progression in their business.

You will be selling the Gold for Cash service to potential customers face to face, helping them get the very best, trusted way to get money today!

Experience with the following will be highly advantageous:

•Payday loans
•Cash Checking
•Gold Buying
•Pawn Broking

You will have previous sales experience preferably face to face or interruption sales environment.
You will also have passion for selling and be motivated to achieve or exceed weekly or monthly targets.
Thrive on providing a first class customer experience. Enjoy talking to people and working in a fun and vibrant environment.

This is a permanent position with a guaranteed basic hourly rate that features a fantastic earning opportunity with uncapped commission.

All roles will start on a zero hour’s contract, as it is a new store they don’t know how busy it will become. However, after three months they will give all staff a full contract

There will also be an opportunity to progress within the company.
