Job Description

Our client is part of one of the world's largest freight company's, with specific responsibility for European Road Freight. Due to continued growth, they now wish to recruit European Road Freight Sales Executive to be based in their Coalville area office.

Reporting to the Sales Director the successful candidate will be responsible all aspects of the sales process that should include, customer management and retention, developing new business accounts, including groupage, part load & full load freight movements. You will also be expected to work alongside the operational team to build relationships and strategies to develop a sales pipeline from both internal and external leads.

To be successful in this role you must have a comprehensive understanding of the European freight market, be analytical, computer literate, and possess good time management capabilities. Above all you will be ambitious, hungry for success, and able to work to and deliver against agreed targets.
