Instantly recognisable as a Market Leader in their field, they set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and service. Through their unprecedented success and continued expansion and development there is now a requirement for a Sales Manager/Specification Sales Manager.The Role: You will be responsible for generating new business in the UK through the building of strong relationships with leading Main Contracting and Structural Engineering firmsOutline of Responsibilities/duties:Project orientated role requires the candidate to be well versed in selling via the sales specification routeOversee project procurement from outset to conclusionSpecification sales to specifiers whether architects, surveyors, local authorities, or main and approved contractors.Key skills/qualifications/experience required:Sales experience Negotiating skillsCommercial awarenessProven track record in Sales/Specification sales (desirable though not essential) selling to Main Contractors and ArchitectsProfessional, friendly and resourceful approach with outgoing personality and strength of characterComputer literacySound organisational and administrative abilitiesInitiative led, driven, dynamic and motivatedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal mediumsPresentation skills
