Job Description

We’re looking to recruit a Sales Trainer to join the team at our Kidderminster Office in Worcestershire. We have ambitious plans to increase our customer base in 2012 and we want to ensure our sales team have ample support to achieve this.

Main Duties:

The main purpose of the role is to design and deliver a structured training and coaching programme to our internal and external sales teams, focusing on the overall sales process and techniques. The appointed candidate will develop an induction training plan for all newly appointed sales personnel and complete a training needs analysis for all of the sales team, identifying skills gaps and on-going training and development needs to ensure an increase in sales performance.
