mendipinn.co.uk We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to work with our experienced and talented Head Chef to join our 130 cover restaurant. Candidates must have a passion for fresh food in an unpretentious fine dining environment. Our menus are a mix of modern British classics with some international twists. You will assist the Head Chef in achieving an excellent reputation within the region while producing a healthy GP. This will involve the day to day running of the kitchen operation along with some supervisory roles. We require someone with excellent communication skills who is able to deputise and lead a motivated brigade in Head Chef’s absence.
