Job Description
This is an early-in opportunity in a growing niche market which is expanding rapidly.
The goal is to cultivate and develop top brokers for a long term career. We seek to interview experienced investment brokers who are motivated, competitive, sharp and well-disciplined.
Your role will involve generating leads (30% of time) and building your client base, predominantly over the telephone. Upon establishing these relationships, you will introduce your private individual and institutional clients to investment opportunities offering attractive returns.
70% of the business you bring in will be from inbound enquirers where approximately 1 in 3 people spoken to will do business. As well as this there are junior brokers passing leads to seniors every day.
This is an exciting, fast-paced position with great potential for advancement.
As this is a newly formed company, the right candidate will have the ability to help build and shape the direction of growth. This also means you will be building your own team in a realistic time frame and be able to earn significantly more than other established companies where there is an established structure.
A monthly basic salary is provided with this position after a 3 month probation period and you will earn commissions per deal as well as bonuses for reaching target.
Those with strong broking experience should exceed £100,000 in the first year.
Experience / Skills
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 year’s experience of stock broking or high-end financial sales,
Those with a transferable client base will always be seen. This candidate must also have experience in closing investment sales over the phone and have excellent rapport building skills.
