You will know your market if that be Banking / Financial Services or another specialist market and nurture a client base and candidate pool. You will manage and exploit the market Business Intelligence to provide the very best services the company provides to your client base. You will cross sell services in to Consultancy clients.You* Experience in supplying Business or IT contractors within your market is essential* You will have an enthusiastic manner, be highly motivated and a can do attitude* A will to succeed and a desire to progress into management is preferred, with one of the roles leading to Management within 12 months* You will be presentable, professional and operate ethically* You will be a Subject Matter Expert in your market knowing the clients and their forthcoming needs* You will want to be successful and earn high within the industryThe RewardsGood Basic salaryGenerous Commission SchemeBonuses and RewardsHigh achievable OTE
