This role is to support the Servicing Administration Coordinator and Service Manager by providing a first class administrative service to the Servicing Department and their Clients. The Service Administrator will be confident in corresponding with Clients and Engineers on a daily basis.Must have previous experience of administration work and have excellent communication skills. Your main duties will include but are not exhaustive of; Scanning and collation of Service and Engineers reports. Ensure the service database is kept up to date and new schedules are raised as and when required. You will telephone clients on a weekly basis under the instruction of the Co-ordinator to book servicing and small works. .
