Job Description

Our Suffolk based client is a small, highly successful and world class software solutions provider. You will be an experienced software tester, joining an established QA function providing test coverage for client-server and web based products. You will be supporting manual and automation testing against products and producing supporting documentation to plan, track and demonstrate coverage and approach.

Key Result Areas:

Take responsibility and ownership of allocated test activities, and ensure that the stakeholders, documentation and defect/change tickets are fully updated with progression and detail;
Analyse and attempt defect replication, and investigate issues or change requests in order to identify test steps accordingly;
Liaise with Business Analysts, Architects and Developers to understand and provide feedback against requirements and specifications;
Work alongside developers when escalating defects;
Secondments to other teams where required.
