Our Oxford based client are a fast growing, innovative conference organisation currently seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Executive (£18-24k OTE £32-38k) to actively sell business sponsorship opportunities to solution providers in the pharmaceutical industry.Sponsorship Telesales Executive Overview:- - Selling sponsorship packages for pharmaceutical industry conferences - New Business through telesales and Account Management - Understanding client needs and matching solutions to meet their personal and businessConference Telesales Executive Objectives:- - Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event - Effectively contact all key decision makers - Ability to manage and facilitate negotiations, handle objections and close sales - Build and retain effective sales relationships - Understand procurement practices of key customers - Writing professional sales proposalsThe Successful Sponsorship Sales Executive will have:- - At least 1 year of proven business to business telesales experience - Previous conference/sponsorship sales experience or corporate events would be highly desirable particularly within the pharmaceutical industry but different niche industry experience will considered (conference participation by vendor companies) - The ability to build and maintain key accounts as well as source new business - An enthusiastic, outgoing and a determined sales approach - A willingness to learn and develop Business smart and articulateThis is a great opportunity for dedicated telesales executive to make some real money with a great commission structure and career potential whilst being an integral part of a vibrant and friendly organisation with ambitious growth plans.
