We are opening a new store in Brighton at the end of January.
For our new branch, we are looking to recruit an exceptional Retail Store Manager who is committed to providing excellence in customer service, with the ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic team and enjoy being involved in a totally hands on role.

The Store Manager will be accountable for the activities of the shop. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering sales results
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- Reporting back to Head Office
- Maintaining knowledge of the company’s products and procedures
- The day to day running of the busy retail environment
- Maintaining the store to exceptional standards
- Building business relationship
