Store Manager required for busy Pawnbrokers. This is a very unique industry and is not your run-of-the-mill store manager position.

39.5 hours per week Monday - Saturday with Wednesdays off.

We are looking for a result-driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management.

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Responsible for the daily operations of a shop, including leadership and development of all staff. You’ll be expected to achieve financial goals and objectives as well as maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction.

As store manager your key responsibilities will be

· Manage all processes and procedures

· Responsible for opening and closing of store

· Managing training and development of all new and existing staff

· Helping customers understand our products and services.

· Ensuring our high customer service standards are met at all times

· Motivating your team to increase sales and income streams.

· Willing to travel to cover other stores as and when necessary
