Job Description

The successful applicant will join our current support team and offer second & third line support to our clients covering a wide range of issues ranging from Windows XP/7 operating systems through Microsoft 2003/8 etc. Server, Active directory, Exchange, SQL, routers & firewalls. Working within the team and assisting other colleagues as required.
The role also involves installing and configuring new systems on-site for clients and ensuring that this is done in a methodical and efficient manner and to high standards.
