Due to continuing expansion we require an additional engineer to join our support team at our Cambridge office. Providing first class levels of service and support to our customer base this role will involve ensuring our customer base is fully realising the potential of their investment in Autodesk Digital prototyping solutions primarily through our customer helpdesk both on a proactive and reactive basis.We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to:Understand engineering issues and processesDisplay logical analytical problem solving skillsAnalyse and provide best ongoing solutionsA high standard of education and previous engineering experience and qualifications are required. Additional IT certifications are also beneficial.For the right candidate without the required experience and knowledge we will consider offering this role as a trainee position to include appropriate training and further vocational education.
