The role is based on an annualised hours averaging 42 hours per week on a shift basis working between 08:00 – 20:00, weekends will base part of the shift.Working for an International IT Company, the role reports to the Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:Customer SLA’sScheduling engineers work within a geographical areaOrdering spares whilst considering costDrive KPI’sFlagging incorrect call informationSupplying Customers with updates / ETA’sPrompt response to all escalations both internal and externalProactive management of callsIn addition all applicants should be smart in appearance with good personal standards and a high level of personal discipline (timekeeping, attendance & work ethic).Full training for the role will be provided as part of a comprehensive induction and training programme.
