An exciting opportunity has recently arisen to join the Future Home Care team in Southampton as a Full Time Support Worker due to the ongoing growth of the organisation.

The main function of the Support Worker is to help support adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health problems living in shared or single occupancy supported housing schemes whilst adhering to CQC guidelines.

Essential candidate specifications:

• Relevant experience in a caring/supporting role in an employed, voluntary or personal capacity.
• The ability to work towards a Level 3 Certificate in Learning Disabilities.

Desirable candidate specifications:

• Driver
•NVQ Level 2, 3, 4 or equivalent.

This position is 37.5 hours per week, working a two week rolling rota.
