Job Description

A leading multi disciplinary engineering consultancy specialising in the Built Environment operating in London and the South East are looking for an Energy/Sustainability degree educated consultant to join their growing team as they build on their successful presence in the South East.
Ideally you will have already gained experience working within consultancy, energy or local government.
You will be involved in the delivery of energy management consultancy projects.
This will involve undertaking site surveys and recommending cost effective energy solutions.
Duties will include;
Carrying out energy audits of commercial properties
Producing clear and concise reports
Preparing and carrying out tender exercise
Tenant billing and appointment of management portfolio
Liaison with Utility Supplier and clients
You will need to have solid utilies procurement experience with strong interpersonal skills.
Candidates are expected to hold a relevant academic background qualification and be conversant with AutoCAD,
