WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO To support 3 account handlers with all administration tasks associated with running a corporate communications project from our Cambridge office. Typical tasks will be:• creation of job numbers and electronic job folders;• update/amendment of timetables;• update/amendment of cost estimates;• update/amendment of print specs;• update/amendment of page plans;• update/amendment of site maps for online projects;• creation of sign off sheets for print and online;• update/amendment of mail out questionnaires;• research prior to and minutes of client and internal meetings; and• invoice requests.Ideally we would like to see the administrator progress to an account executive position where duties and responsibilities would increase and include more production elements such as proofreading.
