The Company:
My client’s principle activities are the import, distribution and supply of the entire product range, which encompasses CNC Rotary Tables, NC Tooling Systems and Measuring Devices including Elbo Controlli Tool Presetters.

The Role:
Covering Northern England the successful candidate will be responsible for managing an area that is turning over around £1 million per annum.

You will be managing key accounts within the area as well as targeting new business within the companies target market which includes mostly Aerospace but also Automotive and General Engineering as a whole. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the companies range of CNC Rotary Tables (4th and 5th Axis), Tooling systems and Measuring Devices, pre-setters and spindle optimisation

Requirements:
The successful candidate may already be working for a manufacturer or Distributor selling similar types of products, however the company is wanting ideally to recruit someone from either the shop floor, with lots of hands on programming and technical ability or someone who is working as an Applications Engineer at present and is looking to make a move into Technical Sales whereby the company are looking to mould the successful candidate into their idea of a Sales Engineer, it is more important to be an Engineer first and foremost and a salesman second so this role would ideally suit somebody from the shop floor or an applications environment with either time served apprenticeship or a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
