The purpose of the post is: to undertake tier 2/3 support for customers who hold technical support or managed service agreements in place with Dataspire. The customer base supported will be primarily education establishments across the UK. Training will be provided to the successful applicant to ensure that they are provided with the knowledge necessary to undertake this role.The main duties and responsibilities are:• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support services to Dataspire’ customers• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues• Liaise with customers on making configuration changes• Complete necessary training courses on key software products.• Provide service monitoring support for Dataspire customers
