Job Description

A rapidly expanding department requires fulltime Telephone Negotiators.
Dealing with high volumes of calls both inbound and outbound, you will contact defaulting accounts via the telephone and via letter to negotiate payment plans. You will adhere to predefined team standards and legislative guidelines when speaking on the telephone and when responding via letter, record key information clearly and precisely using bespoke computer packages, work towards agreed individual and team targets and develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant collection activities and adapt communication style to achieve negotiation success.
