Working in a National Telesales team, you shall have a professional, consultative approach to your day, working to serious and realistic KPI's to ensure you understand your customers' needs, whilst closing a sale to benefit them. This is a new business role, you shall research data provided to identify opportunities and close the sale from start to finish. With average lead times from 1 day to 2 weeks and the average person doing double digit deals weekly this is a fast paced and enjoyable job. You are trained to sell as a consultant and we need people with this approach. Full training is provided, we need people with enthusiastic attitudes, people who are keen to progress and most importantly enjoy being successful and earning good commission. This team is managed by someone who has been with the business a long time and is a prime example of the progression on offer. Any sales background shall be considered for this role - all candidates are vetted face to face to ensure we have a match.
